- Well, let me just say what's important to me. It's important to me to do something productive every day. Whether that's sew, grow something, make a good meal and feed people, it doesn't really matter. I love hands-on work and I like to create. I think it's important for people to do things for themselves. When I talk about "Analog Uprising" I don't necessarily mean throwing out everything digital...just unplugging now and then and enjoying doing something by hand, doing something for yourself that's outside the normal economic transaction.
